its hard managing things on a normal basis let alone right now during a pandemic @Snowie
I know psychs, support workers etc have taken to phone calls instead but its just not the same as seeing them face to face. I find it awkward to talk and describe things on the phone.

not really any better, has been a more easy day though like nothing major triggering or having to go far from home-just the shops to get a few essentials.
