Sorry to see @Snowie that it was another rough night. Good to see you had @Zoe7  to keep you company when you needed it. Its so hard when we are desperate for sleep, but fear the resulting nightmares. I hope you were eventually able to ground and calm yourself enough to at least enable some rest, if not quality sleep. Its pretty amazing how little sleep we can still function on. I keep telling myself, and I remind you too ... we will come through this. 😀💜

Managed to get a little more sleep before another nightmare. Hopefully I can have a nap today or it will be another early night.
