Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

 Hi Everyone,

Just had to share how cute my little cat is, if slightly broken!

Teheee @Former-Member, it's got me thinking what yoga name could we give this posture. From downward dog, to backward cat... Smiley Very Happy

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

I think I'll call it the 'Prawn' as that's her favourite food.

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

Am setting up new playlists in iTunes and I've just made a scary discovery.
I haven't bought/added any new music in over 5 years!! Since I got really sick.
That's what mental illness does to you people. It makes you forget that music exists.

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

I think your cat belongs on the forum @Former-Member πŸ’œ  My music has been a bit similar. Each year I add less music. I still find music can be hard though as it reminds you of a life before MI got its claws in us.

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

Creating a killer playlist - my doc kept mentioning Nirvana and a song they did starting with L (ithium) during my last appointment. Got it stuck in my head!

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

It might just be a sign of getting older... lol

Most old people I know/have known are still stuck on the music of their youth ..

whichever generation is appropriate ..

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

I'm 30ish.... so I'd hope I would have been into music in my mid 20s!

Re: Celebrating all the (little) good things that happen 😊

I mean the person who is late 60s still mostly relates to the stuff of his teens20s etc

You probably like a lot of classics .. by whatever definition you use the term ..

I was rapt when walking with a singer after the opera concert last week said she preferred Deep Purple & Led Zep

you know some people at the opera dont approve .. hmmm ... but we cheered and were wild larrikin girls for a moment .. cos we discovered a similarity ..before resuming a more lady-like stroll.

When we get old enough .. we tend to have a lot of likes .. or is that just me .. lol ??
