@Zoe7 I'm doing better thanks. 

Psychiatrist had sharp words with me on Monday.  Saying I can't be fixed if I keep drinking.  I was really annoyed with him.  But after a sleep,  I could see that he was right. 

So I have an appointment with my old psychologist who is an ex drug and alcohol counsellor.  I'll ask him to help me stop drinking. 

So a bit of an eye opener.

That is huge @utopia - maybe just the kick in the bum you needed. It won't fix everything overnight but is a step in the right direction. Really proud of you for even considering giving up drinking as I know how hard it hsa been on you in the past. Keep me updated how the appointment goes Hon
