So much pain, emotional amd physical. The outside world has been so noisy all day and it still is.  I have wanted to chat all day but have been in such a low place right now I just couldn't ask for help.

Thanks my gorgeous friend, I wouldn't even know where to start and I don't want to get myself in trouble as I do often when I am this way. A year and a half in and I haven't made enough progress to even slightly regain so form of control over my life. New psychiatrist , I have maybe 4 sessions for with her has suggested strongly a 4 week hospital stay 😔 sending you lots of greatful hugs @outlander
