Had psych today. I came out worse then when I went in, not much left in me.

I didn't get through a quarter of what I wanted too. I don't see her for another two weeks (I have asked, they have nothing). I have tried a chat line but that didn't help.

I just don't know what the answer is. I try and do the right thing but sometimes like now I just want to throw it all in, it is just not worth it.
