Had a GP appt this morning, and gosh it was nice to be able to confidently say that I was all well and good.
Yay for no-minimal mental illness symptoms!!!!

Listening to my mum convince my cat that her being locked inside at night time is a good thing.

Was thinking this afternoon about how much I miss having a cat.

Politics aside, I'm so grateful to have a long weekend.

Another positive is that a month after we had to farewell our dear old dog, the other one is doing better.

Also, however messed up my routine gets with the heat, I am doing meditation every morning.
