What wonderful news @utopia ! 

I read your plans to install solar panels and wondered if you knew about the latest information/suggestions about solar power and the indications of new charges and lesser returns for those with panels. NOt sure if it is state based or not though.

@Last-Lament  Yes I am aware. But I have no plans to connect my solar to the grid. All energy I produce will be stored in a battery bank, for my own use.

Good on you @utopia 

and for getting battery.  The news about being charged for putting power into the grid is not good and makes a mockery of a lot of effort and money from the average punter.
