ha ha @Dreamy  just hate it when taps dont turn off . I've got a stock of parts from local supermkt hardware section,tap washers not high tec lol then got a thing that screws into tap and taking top off . It has a cutting bit to re surface tap body where old washer would have seated. usually got big gouges in them, well sharp ridges. so they dont seal properly.

Going to do quick lemon drink and lie down here 😊

@ENKELI   hey ENKELI 🙂  i think my post re Ran the version of King Lear (not the Scottish play lol!) may have been taken off by moderators because it is a bit gruesome ... anyway look it up the female character Lady Kaede is a strong woman who fights back against a male dominated society the only way she can and unfortunately gets her comeuppance....  awesome version.

@Bunniekins I am starting to think the support button is like the Scottish tragedy, don't mention it or bad luck abounds!! Mine was working until I tried to support your post.

I am not Finnish in background, although there are Vikings in my heritage. When I was 21 or so I wanted to learn Finnish because it wasn't the standard Italian, Indonesian or French that the schools were offering. Enkeli is angel in Finnish and while I am no angel (ha ha!) I just like the sound of the word. I had Finnish friends who helped me but I am not fluent.

When I was about 14 we were doing family history at school and being one of the shortest girls in my class I advised my teacher that my family comes from the UK, specifically Ireland and the Shetland Isles. I said, you've seen the size of their ponies, that's why I'm short! I think I got a + added to my report for the comment alone 🤣🤣
