@MDT  it's always very valuable to the carers to get a point of view from someone who has lived experience... it's all very well for us to observe our loved ones from a neurotypical standpoint, but often the insights given by people who walk the walk on the other side of the fence help us keep things in perspective.

Not too good today. Feeling a bit blue. Sometimes the days are just to long. Feelings of being burnt out to everything and sleeping way too much. Hubby is ok today but I’m a bit of a teary mess. Thanks for asking hope others are doing better.

Yes he's here. We're in Greater Sydney so can't leave the house @Shaz51 unless essential.

and also only 1 tv that my mum watches all the time 

we have watched some shows on the computer which is harder
