I hope you are doing ok? And dear @Emelia8? @outlander? @Snowie ? @WIP ? Hope you have all been travelling ok? 

I needed some time out. I'm doing alright, lots of things have happened over the last month or so. But I am exhausted today. I've had a couple of days in hospital after passing out earlier in the week. My potassium was low again. It's doing a bit better now and I'm ok. Just enjoying some snuggles in bed with my little girl at the moment.
