Hope the hospital did a good dinner - they can be hit and miss - Esp the fish!
My partner just got home from a psych hospital stay of 4 weeks - now snoring next to me as she’s used to the hospital routine and early nights and early dinner and early wake up ... it’s soooo good to have her home - she had a med change that’s been for the better so far - it’s lovely to see her better than when she went in ... the nurses were fantastic at the hospital - so grounded and wise and the little I got to see them I soon realised how special they were . I hope your nurses are good too. Hope you are doing ok - take each day an hour at a time - and if there is good yoghurt or custard at dinner - remember to take some for dessert later back to your room! See ya x

I bet that's where they got the idea for it @MDT. I saw on a documentary somewhere (I think it was Discovery Channel) that our sun is unique in that it is unusual to have one solitary star in a solar system. Interesting stuff really 🙂

Ooooh @Angels333 I remember you from months ago.  Glad you have posted again.  Hope hospital is giving you support and strategies that help.  Hope you find your art again.

Last few weeks I have not felt up to eating in company.

That's actually a great tip @Mandy1 about the dessert! Last time I was in the hospital, the patients nicked all the cakes and biscuits for midnight feasts.
