First stop the Hay shed. Collect six bails, hand feed the livestock and reseed the empty paddocks.

@Glisten  lol Good Morning. I grew up on a farm, we used to climb haystacks and make forts in them. I remember one year when cut extra hay for some reason and had uncovered stack. had to pull it all apart again as was getting hot lol

just stuffed breakfast down. thought about buying different foods; chewed more, tried to slow eating down. (to feel fuller) funny, got more motivation from physio yest than could give myself in last few years
