oh , he doesnt have a name per se @GezzaP .. he  answers to several things

its been odd talking to people on ph about him being referred to as best I could come upwith for them ok its a commonly used sentence starter with him. may as well be official name.its not though

@ENKELI My cat happily uses her covered tray and so did a boy cat that stayed with me. No problems for my cats. There are mats that go outside box you can get online that stop the litter getting scattered all over the house too.

@GezzaP yes I've had cats all my life thanks. I am going by professional information. I didn't say cats won't use them I said they prefer not to.

@TAB  In an ideal world you have a cat run outside but they are expensive. My current cat goes out during the day but I bring her in by  6pm. It is harder to get her to come in during the Summer. I feed her at 6pm so she hopefully comes in then I shut her in.
