Sounds tasty and healthy @avant-garde! When I've asked this icebreaker question before I've had a few people pick honey as their choice, so maybe that's also a contender for you? Might make all your foods sweet though.

Oh @tyme loves Nutella too! I don’t usually buy it as I eat the whole jar with a spoon! Mum got me Nutella for Christmas one year. It was the tiniest little thing. I just laughed!

Something it doesng take many people to realise about me is I am about a stubborn as 10 stubborn things
if you tell me I can’t do something, I’ll prove that I can and I also never have the last word (my mrs hates me for that )

Those teeny tiny jars of Nutella are so cute @Captain24! I need more than the one tablespoon that fits in it though haha I should definitely follow your strategy but with Biscoff. I have minimal self-control and am pretty impulsive with food (hello ADHD ✌️)

I don't know that I rival you on that exactly @ArraDreaming but I'm definitely stubborn. I'm also one of those SUPER annoying people that reframes my less positive traits into positive ones. So I've taken to saying I'm determined, passionate and strong-willed. Trying to trick my brain a bit (it's ever so slowly working). I SO relate to needing to prove people wrong. The whole "I'll show you!" attitude.
As long as it didn't destroy your stomach afterwards, I support you in eating as many chillis as you want, to prove people wrong 😂

Oh yeah totally @Captain24! In my experience, people with ADHD are often seeking stimulation. Generally we hear people talk about how those with ADHD fidget a lot, can't sit still, and jump from interest to interest. Those things can give stimulation. You know what else can give stimulation? FOOD! My meds help a bit with this, because I get some of the stimulation I need from them, but not all of it. So I tend to snack a lot. I like things that are crunchy (lots of sensory input).
Impulse control can definitely be a huge challenge at times, so I'll sometimes eat a lot of snacks at once. On the flipside though; my ADHD sometimes means that I lose track of time and then FORGET to eat.
The way my ADHD and Autism interact with each other is also a wild journey sometimes when it comes to food, and I'm always learning too!

Re. ADHD and food - RIGHT?! It's really helped me to understand how eating and ADHD can be connected. Do you ever think about how ADHD might impact you as an adult?
