Hi. Im in my fifties and have had a lived experience of periods of mental unwellness and mental wellness over the last 30 years. Looking out for people with similiar experiences. Thanks for the support.

The medical diagnosis that has remained constant for the last 14 years is Bipolar 1, but since 1991 the other diagnosises i have been assigned include schiophreniform disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia and pyschotic depression.

It has been 2 and 1/2 years since my last hospital emergency presentation.

I am mostly interested in mental wellness strategies for work, study and life and peoples experience of advocacy.
